I started training with love2lift (Em) to improve my strenght, confidence and overall fitness levels in the gym. She is there every step of the way. So far i have achieved all that i have set out to do with Ems help, cant wait to see more results as i continue my journey with love2lift (Em).

I started these classes as i wanted to bulid on my fitness and loose some weight. I have to say its high impact and the best classes iv done, every week is different, im new to it but believe i`ll achieve what im looking for through these classes.

I started online PT with Em as i needed more structure in my workouts and wanted to be accountable to some one with weigh in etc. I love the classes too and so far i feel fitter and stronger and hope to lose more body fat.

Iv been working on my fitness with Em for 5 moths, my body shape has changed and lost a stone. Em works hard to make my goals work for me. I always feel great after a workout or class with her. Im very happy :)

I cant recommend Ems PT and group classes enough. Since joimg the gym 9 months ago ive been taken off high blood presure tablets, lost 2 1/2 stone, bulit strengh in addition to tummy chuckling and crying with laughter. Worth the hard work ! Defo not thinking of stopping any time soon.

Since joinimg the gym and having Em as my PT for 12 weeks and being in a calorie deficit, i found that im more confidant within myself, confidant using the weights and just confidant enough to keep walking through the gym doors every day. Iv lost weight, toned up and my mental health is a lot more stable then ever. Thank you Em for being great support, PT and pushing me to do better.

I wanted to start the gym for a long time but realy lacked confidence, i finally bit the bullet and joinned, i contacted Em straight away and got booked in, she gives me the confidence to go every week, i now go on my own in between our sessions. Ive lost weight and feel so much stronger. Im realy enjoying my journey and feel it really helps my mental health too. So glad i chose Em, even when she pushes me extra hard and i wanna cry.

I first met Emma doing her classes at the gym. I didn't have the confidence to go out into the weights area, preferring to hide away in the studio. But I knew I wasn't progressing in the way I wanted to but had no idea where to start. So when Em started up her PT sessions I joined straight away. I'm now on my second 12 week programme and I have absolutely fallen in love with the gym! My confidence in myself and what I can achieve has grown and I understand far more about what I have to do to achieve the results I want. I signed up to Em's PT sessions and classes as I wanted to lose some weight and tone up. I am on my second 12 week PT package and I have gained so much confidence in myself and my knowledge regarding nutrition and fitness has grown too. I started the gym September last year, aswell as improving my physical health it’s massively helped my mental health too!  I’ve also done a PT course with Em which was 12 weeks but the knowledge and new skills she showed me has really helped me in more ways then one. My diet is so much better, I know what works for me, I’m so glad I started the gym. I feel like a new and better person for it x

I started the gym as I wanted to lose weight and feel better in myself. I can say i definitely feel better in myself and have lost weight. Em is someone I am familiar with and she helps me a lot and has helped me gain confidence in the gym and with knowing how to use the equipment. Shes always there to answer my questions no matter how silly they are and always puts my mind at ease before we do a workout.
