Hi, I’m Em

I love all things fitness

As a full time mum, I've had to find a way of training that fitted into my very busy life.  Juggling everything proved extremely difficult...until I started training functionally.  This allowed me to train my whole body more often to acheive fantastic results.

I feel stronger, fitter and so much healthier!

My personal training routine consists mainly of CrossFit, weight training, trail running and Spin.
I like to compete in CrossFit competitions and love dance, Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop.
In 2019 I completed the Brighton Marathon, which was a great experience.

 I have quite a varied fitness background!
